Patrick has over the last 10 years has reflected a proven track record in developing and delivering successful social enterprise projects to enrich the lives of students, through bespoke projects and working with global charitable partnerships such as Plan UK, Operation Smile and others, below are some examples of these social enterprise projects and the charities Patrick has worked with:

Sponsoring children in developing countries to allow them to access fulltime education and have access to healthcare and dentistry programmes. My students supported two children from El Salvador and China for five years working closely with Plan UK.

Supporting children Working closely with Operation Smile my students created business enterprise activities that supported this organisation with rectifying life changing medical issues and facilitating medical operations to rectify birth deformities.

 Connecting schools – Patrick has developed and created a social enterprise project to support greater harmony and improve community relations amongst students locally and students in Budapest Hungary. This involved connecting directly with Hungarian schools and students/staff and parents in building closer links to promote greater understanding and awareness of cultural aspects on all sides post the European Referendum in June ’16.  

Patrick was awarded a prestigious teaching award for his work in the area of international solidarity.
